PRESS RELEASE, ODENSE, Denmark, [09-09-2026] — 4XROBOTS is strengthening its focus on the North American horticulture market, where the company sees significant potential for practical automation. 4XROBOTS already has robots operating in the United States, and another solution is scheduled for installation after GreenTech North America.
At the event, 4XROBOTS will present two separate live robot demonstrations at stand 216. One is a complete transplanting solution developed with FGM for Peace Tree Farm and scheduled for installation after the exhibition. The other demonstrates the flexibility of the 4XROBOTS platform, including a live tool change completed in under five minutes to show how the robot can be adapted to different transplanting tasks with minimal downtime.

Local partnership turns a concept into a solution in under six weeks
A central part of 4XROBOTS’ North American expansion strategy is close collaboration with established local partners that understand growers, production environments and the specific needs of the market. FGM designed and produced the complete Peace Tree Farm solution in less than six weeks, demonstrating how quickly robotic automation can move from concept to an operational system.

Flexibility on display
In the second demonstration, 4XROBOTS will focus on the flexibility of its robotic platform by showing the robot switch between tools for different transplanting tasks..
By combining live demonstrations, real-world customer applications and strong local partnerships, 4XROBOTS aims to show that collaborative robotics can be a practical and accessible way for North American growers to increase automation in their production.
“Visitors will see how the robot’s tool can be changed in under five minutes, allowing the system to be adapted to different transplanting tasks with minimal downtime. For growers, that flexibility means the same robotic platform can be adjusted as production requirements change during the day, from week to week or throughout the growing season,” says Nick Chambers.
The demonstration will also highlight the system’s ease of programming, an important consideration for growers introducing automation for the first time.
